The Flynn Flats building at 1363 Hollis Street in Canada breaks with the aesthetics of other buildings due to its modern architecture and avant-garde finishes. The façade is clad with Tempio ceramics in different colours, including Canyon Lime from the Inkjet colour range, a colour that mimics the texture of stone and gives the building a natural feel.

This façade system contributes to greater acoustic and thermal comfort inside the building as well as considerable energy savings and easy cleaning, as rainwater is sufficient to carry out the maintenance of the façade.
