Casa pasiva residential project located in Sant Cugat, Barcelona. This 445 m² single-family house, distributed over three floors, stands out for its contemporary design and its integration with its surroundings.

For the exterior envelope, a ventilated façade of extruded ceramic TEMPIO has been installed, with a total surface area of 68 m². FK system pieces have been used, a versatile solution with high technical performance, in a tone belonging to our range of natural colours, which brings warmth and harmony to the architectural ensemble.
