The project is defined by a façade that combines design, integration, and character.
The three buildings adapt to the slope of the terrain and are clad with Listelo Skin panels, Valle reference, in custom colors to provide uniqueness and harmony with the surroundings.

The implementation of the façade system not only highlights the linearity of the volumes, but also creates a play of light and shadow that enriches the perception of the building throughout the day.
The ceramic texture enhances the idea of solidity and, at the same time, allows for a lighter reading of the architecture by dissolving the corners.

Thanks to this envelope, the interiors enjoy visual continuity with the exterior, while the green roofs complete the integration of the volumes into the landscape.
The façade thus becomes the protagonist, an architectural language that speaks of innovation, customization, and respect for the environment.
