The Sinjundong Station residential building, located in Seoul’s dynamic Sinjung-dong district and designed by Siaplan Architects, blends perfectly into the urban environment thanks to its contemporary and efficient architecture. Located next to the underground station, it offers a modern housing solution that combines connectivity, comfort and sustainability. Its façade, clad with the Tempio FS system, incorporates thermal insulation that improves the building’s energy performance and contributes significantly to the reduction of electricity consumption. This ceramic envelope not only ensures durability and low maintenance, but also provides an elegant and functional image. The project is designed to maximise natural light and cross ventilation, reducing the need for artificial air conditioning and promoting more responsible and efficient urban living.
