The interventions carried out have completely transformed the building, improving its energy efficiency, durability, and interior comfort. One of the most notable elements of this renovation has been the installation of a Tempio ceramic ventilated façade in Rojo R10-18, selected to bring warmth, character, and a timeless aesthetic that revitalizes the architectural image of the complex.

For this, three types of ceramic pieces were used: FB, FBT, and BAG.T, which, when combined, create a dynamic visual language that adapts to the building’s different geometries and technical requirements.

Additionally, custom pieces from the Architectural Skin line were incorporated, specifically designed to address complex junctions and unique details such as corners, copings, and terminations, ensuring aesthetic continuity and precision in installation. This ceramic solution not only enhances thermal insulation and protection against external elements but also contributes to a watertight barrier.
