The ROWE building is the headquarters of Laboratorios ROWE, one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in the Dominican Republic. The main façade faces north and is composed of a large flat cantilever that appears to float and casts shadows on the glazed curtain wall that forms the enclosure of the spacious double-height lobby. An inverted L-shaped portico emphasises the entrance.

The envelope on the east and west sides is more exposed to the sun, and Tempio’s extruded ventilated façade with a ceramic tile system, which can also be seen in the interior, was used to achieve greater continuity between the exterior and interior.
