Harrington Apartments, the concept of this project is based on the public benefit, the improvement of the public realm and the urban structure of The Rocks. Located in Sydney’s Rocks Historic District, The Harrington Collection is a mixed-use development that has a clear relationship to the context of the surrounding buildings and heritage cityscapes.

Rather than appearing as a large shape, in line with the current building, the project creates a series of buildings of varying scales that reflect the rhythm of the adjacent urban landscapes, matching the width of the building facades and the proportions of the walls of the streets.
