Songdo BRC Smart Valley, the avant-garde and imposing office complex located on the outskirts of Songdo, stands as a large business hub with a broad vision.

The design mixes glass and a combination of two facade systems in natural colors. Tempio’s earthy color palette makes the architectural ensemble an extension of the original landscape.
