Our project sits majestically on the slope of the Zürichberg, integrating harmoniously with the rich architectural tradition of the area. Two buildings of different sizes join the context of the individual structures in lush gardens. The larger volume complements the existing series of buildings along Spiegelhofstrasse.

The protrusions on the buildings, distributed to the south, form individual outdoor spaces for 11 apartments in apartments. But what really defines the aesthetics of our work are the facades clad with Listelo Skin tiles.

These ceramic tiles, with their innovative design and exceptional quality, not only add a touch of distinction to our architecture, but also ensure durability and resistance over time. The choice of Listelo Skin to clad our facades was a conscious step towards excellence in design and functionality.

The careful selection of materials and attention to detail in every aspect of our project reflect our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. In this space, we combined aesthetic beauty with efficiency and sustainability, creating a home that is not only beautiful, but also smart and welcoming.
