The renovation of the facade of Sinjungdong Station Landmark Prugio City, an urban high-rise residential apartment building, applies Tempio’s new ceramic facade design, which stands out for its efficiency.

For this project, the FS20 400 mm tile in Red R25-25 was selected to combine elegance with modern innovation. The choice of FS20 400 mm responds to the trend in the Sinjungdong area to create eco-efficient and environmentally friendly apartment buildings.

The ceramic facade contributes to improving the building’s thermal insulation and durability, reducing energy consumption and promoting sustainability. These products meet the needs of small household end-customers, while leveraging advanced building technologies to create bioclimatically smart buildings.
