In Brostræde in Kolding is this building used by various associations for sports, club activities and the like that renovated its façade in order to give greater visibility to these associations as well as adding life to the local area.

Tempio’s red glazed Rustikotta replaced the old concrete bricks bringing a more vibrant look and creating a play on the façade due to the variation of tones ranging from darker at the bottom to lighter at the top. These red colour variations are inspired by Det Gamle Borgerhus, one of the oldest historic houses in Kolding.

In addition, with the renovation of the façade, significantly lower energy consumption and lower operating costs have been achieved.
