LP GROUP has designed more than an hotel. The idea was to create a place to meet, eat, work, drink, sing and dream.
Taking in mind that young people were the final customers of this building, the architects have design a white dynamic facade which combines different sizes and results in a stylish facade.

Awards
This 7.107 m2 building has won the “Building of the Year” award, a prize organised by THE CITY Media Group under the auspices of the Bulgarian Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works with the support of industry associations in the area of architecture and construction.
