The 6-story Ronald McDonald House is located between Southampton Children’s Hospital and Princess Anne Hospital. The building has high sustainability credentials, continuing the theme established by the previous 60-room AEW-designed houses in Birmingham and Manchester. The historic development has a distinctive architectural identity and is expressed through the use of innovative shapes, colors and modern materials.
All administrative, day-use, and residential accommodations are located on the top five floors, plus shared game rooms, laundry facilities, kitchen, dining, and living room areas for families to stay together, close to family in Hospital
