The Quads​

The Quads is a building for the accommodation and residence of students. It is divided between two buildings, providing 708 rooms arranged as group floors and a 350-seat refectory called The Lime Tree. The success of the Quads development has led to a similar design concept of group flats and large communal spaces. The combination of colors from the Tempio palette gives the whole a playful and natural look, while at the same time being integrated into the color framework of the venue. The use of the FS-20 façade system in combination with other insulating elements leads to energy savings and sustainability.
